Why we exist

Egenvårdsbutiken.com was born from a simple conviction: that taking care of oneself should feel easy, natural, and accessible.

For us, self-care is more than a single product. It's about the small and large choices we make to feel good – in body, mind, emotion, and spirit.

That's why Egenvårdsbutiken has evolved into more than just a webshop. Here, products, knowledge, and inspiration are gathered to help you discover what self-care means to you.

Our Vision

We believe that self-care is not a luxury – it is a part of life.

To make it easy to find your way, we have categorized self-care under eight themes:

Water Care, Hair Care, Oral Care, Sleep Care, Mind Care, Soul Care, Life Care, and Health Care.

All of them end in "Care" because that is what unites them: caring for oneself.

Egenvårdsbutiken is part of a larger idea based on The Health Wheel and the concept that our well-being is influenced by several aspects of life, not just one.

Three Brands – One Common Idea

Egenvårdsbutiken is about self-care in everyday life – things that help you take care of yourself and your life.

Just in Time Consult is about self-care in and through working life – self-leadership, leadership, relationships, well-being, and the issues that arise when life is also work.

Amara Readings is more about the inner life – reflection, self-knowledge, meaning, and one's own journey.

Here you will find books, card decks, writing journals, workbooks, and digital guides – in Swedish and English.

What we offer – and why

Some of the products in Egenvårdsbutiken come from carefully selected suppliers and are currently available under our eight self-care themes.

The physical products currently available for purchase in the shop and only in Swedish are currently delivered within Sweden. Our digital products can reach further, and in the future, our own printed products will also be available in more countries.

In this way, the Self-Care Wheel can grow – without self-care having to look the same for everyone.
