The Self-Care Journey is a one-week experience combining education, reflection, rest and recovery in the company of a small group of like-minded people.
In autumn 2026, we welcome you to Le Mas de Guérin, a beautiful Provençal farmhouse located at the gateway to the Alpilles, just 13 km from Les Baux-de-Provence and 14 km from Arles.
Accommodation 🏡
Le Mas de Guérin is a large, air-conditioned and tastefully furnished farmhouse with Italian style, a games room, pétanque court, pool house and heated pool.
The farmhouse offers six suites accommodating up to 15 guests, creating the intimate atmosphere that is central to the experience.
💡 The price applies per person in a shared double room – feel free to book together with a friend, partner or colleague! For those who wish to stay together in a larger group, there is a family room with one double bed and 3 single beds – perfect for a group of friends.

- ❌ Travel insurance (mandatory – to be arranged by the participant)

↩️ Cancellation and refund policy
- Before 1 July 2026: Refund minus an administrative fee of SEK 1,500
- 1 July – 31 August 2026: 50% of the booking fee will be refunded
- After 1 September 2026: No refund
- In case of illness with a medical certificate: Refund minus administrative costs, regardless of date
- Transfer: Your place may be transferred to another person at no extra cost – please notify us no later than 2 weeks before departure
⚠️ If the trip is cancelled by the organiser
If we as the organiser are unable to carry out the trip due to unforeseen circumstances – such as serious illness, death or force majeure – the full registration fee will be refunded. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and the refund will be processed within 14 days. We are not responsible for the participant's own costs such as flights, travel insurance or other ancillary expenses – we strongly recommend that all participants take out a cancellation insurance policy.
