• Trim your ends every 8–12 weeks
• Brush gently – use a wide-toothed comb on wet hair
• Use hair oil on the ends (e.g., argan oil) and regular hair masks
• Lower the heat on styling tools and always use heat protectant
• Sleep with hair in a loose braid or on a silk/satin pillowcase
